Senior Sales Negotiator

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 commensurate with experience and ability to work unsupervised.

Location: Milnthorpe, Cumbria.

Hours: Full Time (will include some Saturday working)

Milne Moser Estate Agents are seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator with previous estate agency experience to our award-winning team.

  • Do you love property and have recent experience at a senior level working in an Estate Agency, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience?
  • Do you want to work to a Gold Standard?
  • Does organising, planning and prioritising come easily to you?
  • Are you thorough and methodical, with excellent communication skills face-to-face, over the phone and correspondence?
  • Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service?

About the Role:

Based at our Milnthorpe office in the South Lakes, your primary role will be to arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and arrange market appraisals for properties.

Alongside this, you will work alongside the team with various aspects of our property services including:

  • Liaising with third parties such as solicitors, surveyors and contractors.
  • Organising property viewings and valuations
  • Registering and managing applicants.
  • Maintaining regular contact with vendors and provide feedback on all viewings in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to negotiate offers, agree sales and manage their progression.

Due to the nature of this position, a full driving licence is required.
