Milne Moser was the first solicitors firm in Cumbria to incorporate an estate agency into its practice.  Since then, we have been setting an example that others have tried to follow.

Unlike many other estate agents, we are able to carry out the entire sale process under one roof – from initial valuation and marketing, right through to completion – reducing both cost, and making the whole process a lot smoother for our clients!

Some clients feel strongly that they would not wish to be kept alive in certain cases of serious illness or accident.
