Emma is originally from Runcorn, Cheshire, and moved to Kendal in 2000 after studying music, and then law, in London. She joined Milne Moser as a trainee solicitor and completed her training contract with the firm before qualifying as a solicitor in 2004.

She specialises in personal injury work and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Emma also deals with civil litigation, employment and criminal matters, as well as residential conveyancing.
