Office: Milnthorpe

Richard qualified in 1986 and was an assistant solicitor with local firm Powell & Sykes Solicitors before the firm merged with Milne Moser in 2004.

Richard specialises in civil litigation, including neighbour disputes, personal injury, commercial litigation and professional negligence. He also undertakes residential conveyancing and probate matters.

Richard is also involved in the running of Westmorland Law Society, and has held the position as the Society’s Secretary for a number of years.

Away from work, Richard enjoys cycling and mountain walking. He also likes to travel the world and sample different cultures whenever he can.
