Position: Partner
Office: Kendal

Justine trained and worked in London before returning to her home town of Kendal to join Milne Moser in 2003.  Her particular interests lie in business and commercial property law, dealing with commercial leases, employment contracts and the sale and purchase of businesses.

Justine also deals with a lot of residential conveyancing and has assisted several local developers in the selling of their development properties.  She also attends to wills and the administration of estates.

Out of hours, Justine likes to keep active and trains regularly with the Kendal Shotokan Karate Club at Kendal Leisure Centre.  She also enjoys watching boxing and is a big fan of now retired welsh hero, Joe Calzaghe.  Aside from the contact sports, Justine enjoys reading, skiing,  and running.
