David has been with Milne Moser since 1999, having previously trained and worked in Preston. He specialises in residential conveyancing and all areas of wills, trusts and probate, and is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Outside of work, David likes to be adventurous and, in addition to his caving and walking, is endeavouring to scale new heights by becoming a proficient rock climber. David also likes his fine wines, as well as the sampling of local ales, and can always be spotted at the local CAMRA festivals.

They are called “attorneys” but they do not need to be lawyers in this context – they are usually family members.
