Our estate agency has introduced yet another dimension to our property marketing portfolio in the form of state-of-the-art interactive 3D Floor Plans.

The industry has been aware for some time that properties marketed with a Floor Plan attract more interest from buyers than those without one, and more recent research has revealed a growing demand for Floor Plans that incorporate photographs.

The ‘PicturePlus’ technology allows buyers browsing our website and property portals such as www.rightmove.co.uk and www.guildproperty.co.uk to view a clear representation of the layout of the property on the 3D floor plan.

The new ‘PicturePlus element of our Floor Plans allows viewers to:

Hover the mouse over an icon to display a thumbnail photo for the corresponding room in the house.

Clicking the icon opens a full-sized high resolution photograph

Room-by-room, viewers get a real 'picture' of the property

On a separate tab - a full-screen, high resolution, slide show opens with text additions for all the pictures associated with the plan.

We are the first estate agency in Kendal and Milnthorpe to offer this innovative marketing approach to our clients; and when taken hand in hand with our impressive 3D Floor Plans, offer buyers the ultimate online viewing experience.

Going the extra mile by introducing the innovative ‘PicturePlus’ Floor Plans not only delivers a better experience for buyers, but gives your property the best possible exposure to your waiting market.
