Home Information Packs

It is no longer a legal requirement for all properties new to the market to have a Home Information Pack prepared. However, it is still necessary for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to be supplied by the Seller.

We can obtain an EPC for you quickly and at a competitive price of £95 whether or not you are marketing your property with us.
